Nominations are now open for the 2026–2027 Ontario Medical Students’ Association (OMSA) Executive Board. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in provincial advocacy, leadership, and shaping the future of medical education in Ontario.

Key Dates: 

• Nominations Deadline: April 15, 2026, 23:59h
• Election Date: May 3, 2026 (held during LS/AGM Weekend, in downtown Toronto)

All candidates are encouraged to review the Elections Primer for detailed information on roles open, expectations, and the nomination process. Candidates are able to nominate a MAXIMUM of TWO positions.

Attendance
Attendance at LS/AGM is not mandatory, but is strongly encouraged to engage with peers and participate in the broader OMSA community.

Campaigning Details
Campaigning is limited to:

• UN 250-word platform statement shared on the OMSA website
• UN 2-minute speech delivered on election day (or submitted virtually if needed)
• A brief question period (3–5 minutes) following the speech
