Reimagining Medical Education: Centering equity, diversity, inclusion and decolonization (EDID) in curricula is a half-day conference that will take place on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST. It will bring together Ontario medical students, faculty and staff who work in EDID roles, and instructors to identify EDID gaps in the curriculum, showcase grassroots efforts for curriculum reform and discuss solutions. The goal is to create a platform to connect students doing grassroots advocacy across Ontario, and offer opportunities for dialogue between students and faculty.

This event is organized by The Ontario Medical Students Association (OMSA) Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee, which is made up of students from medical schools across the province who center social justice and anti-oppression at the core of their roles.
