David Chan is September's Student of the Month for many different reasons. His colleagues and friends always comment on his amazing work ethic, his many accomplishments, and his desire to always be there for his friends, no matter what.
The OMSA Student of the Month for May 2015 is Western University's Jeremy Chitpin. He's quite involved in his school's student body, as his nomination comes from Schulich's Hippocratic Council's president. Read for yourself below.
It is OMSA's utmost pleasure to share Mr. Henry Zhang, a fourth year medical student at the University of Ottawa to be April's OMSA Medical Student. After having worked with him on numerous occasions in clinical and non-clinical settings, his peers say that his leadership, interpersonal skills and compassion have touched many lives and have been an inspiration to many colleagues.

Out of a number of great nominations, Justin Lam, a 2nd year UofT medical student, has been selected as the OMSA Medical Student of February 2015.
Kevin, a 3rd year medical student at Schulich, has always been a kind, caring and compassionate person. He is also a creative, driven and curious student who is constantly seeking to understand the world around him.
The summer before medical school is a perfect time to relax – unless you're Erica McKenzie, Queen's Medicine class of 2018, whose whirlwind summer took her from Harvard to the Himalayas.
Saurabh Gupta is quite the inspiration. We received multiple nominations for him from students in Windsor. As a fourth year student at Schulich School of Medicine at the Windsor campus, Saurabh has remained quite involved in both hospitals and the school throughout his clerkship year.
